We collect the information you choose to send us: details you enter in our driver application form, and messages you send by WhatsApp or email, such as your name, phone number, email address and information relevant to your application or enquiry.

- To review driver applications and contact applicants.
- To reply to enquiries about our services.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running our business, and legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. Our application form is provided by Jotform, which processes the information you submit on our behalf. Messages sent over WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms. The WhatsApp chat button on this website does not store your answers. It only prepares a message that you choose to send.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it.
