Fleet deployment
We place e-bikes on the street at planned locations that are easy and safe for riders to reach, such as transport hubs and busy streets.
Rebalancing and redistribution
Demand moves through the day. We shift vehicles from low-demand areas into high-demand parking areas so there is always one nearby.
Retrieval and depot transport
We collect broken or damaged vehicles, load them safely, take them to the depot and return repaired vehicles to the street.
Rapid response and recovery
We respond to incidents and demand spikes, including collection of damaged vehicles.
