Every run follows the same route through four jobs.
Retrieve
Find and collect broken or damaged e-bikes around London, loaded safely and logged.
Take to the depot
Run the collected vehicles to the depot.
Redeploy
Load repaired vehicles and put them back on the street.
Rebalance
Move vehicles from quiet areas to places where riders are looking for them.
